Anyone who knows Max knows he loves la-las (fish). So it's only natural that his swing would be known to him (and us, now) as the la-la-weeeee.

Happy Birthday, Kate!
I'm just figuring out how to post videos to the blog, and I figured a good way to start would be with Kate's birthday festivities. This is from June when the family was still in Texas. Enjoy!
We're enjoying the last days of summer/first days of fall by spending time outside enjoying the beautiful weather. The children had fun as Mommy drew chalk outlines of them and played a few days ago. Also, Emma, Grace and I went to a '50s-themed daddy/daughter event at church. Yes, that is "product" in my hair. I've only used it twice in my life, and both times it was because Stacey made me do it!
Sleepy Max, silly girls
As you can see, Max tends to run around and play until he collapses in sleep, and that usually means he falls asleep in interesting places and interesting ways. Meanwhile, his sisters do their own silly things, it's just that they're usually awake when they do it.
