Easter surprises

As much as they love their Easter baskets, the littles also love our annual mini-Easter egg hunt. The eggs are always filled with money, and this year each kid cleared about $5. Which, in this economy, ain't bad at all.

Easter best!

Max looks like he's the man in charge, doesn't he?

Even though the Easter Bunny's visit was a bit delayed this year, the littles were still quite excited to see what their baskets held. For Max, that included a Big Wheel. (Yes, his father is jealous.)

The littles always love getting dressed up for Easter. And we always love taking their pictures on Easter day!

Max loves hanging out with his sisters, and all of the children were thankful for the Easter outfits they received from Aunt Lisa.

Emma and Stace were especially thankful, too, that they were able to go to the traveling company of "Wicked" in Salt Lake City. Emma says the show "totally rocks!"

As you can see, Max will sleep almost anywhere. And we're hoping he'll keep going on his potty training.

As for the girls, they love their Tamagotchi, and yes, Emma still loves pirates!

Time to catch up on some photos for the blog, and these go back a few months. We have Emma with her science fair project (she went to the district fair and got a red ribbon), Grace after a brief cheerleader camp at local Hillcrest High and various pics of the kids having fun at home.

To tide you over, a slideshow!

Look for new pics posted in the next couple of days. Until then, here's a slide show of the highlights of 2008 for us (it's quite a lot of highlights — 285 pics' worth!). It's teeny on the blog but if you click on it you should be able to watch it in Picasa, where it will be much bigger. Enjoy!
